On Wednesday, September 15, 2004, Attorney General Peter C. Harvey and Division on Civil Rights Director J. Frank Vespa-Papaleo held a press conference to announce settlements with four theater owner companies to make theaters more accessible for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. It was also announced that a suit will be filed against a fifth company.
